Rambling but cosy oak beamed 16th century inn that has been tastefully refurbished. Roadside entrance is into the highly regarded restaurant that specialises in small plates utilising where possible food from local suppliers. There is a snug bar entered by a door to the right with roaring fire in the winter and a pool room behind this bar. Two ever-changing guest beers are sourced, often one from Cwrw Llyn. Dogs allowed in the snug.
